Due diligence: too little v. too much
Intellectual property issues
Dealounge is the deal search destination site for thousands of strategic acquirers across an array of industries, private equity firms, family offices and funding sources. Our reach is national.
Through our proprietary online platform, Dealounge electronically distributes deals from leading investment banks and advisors, and brings them directly to real qualified buyers, on a confidential, no-names approach. Our application and collaborative approach give the selling advisor full control over which buyers see the deal, and our main emphasis is on cultivating strategic acquirers across a variety of industries.
Dealounge’s focus is primarily on deals in the $2-10MM annual EBITDA range, but our website also lists technology companies that may have significant revenue but breakeven or negative cash flow. Our larger deals are “pushed” to our audience members, and are often not shown on our website due to confidentiality. These deals are shown only to subscribers.
Dealounge has a particular focus on bankers’ slow-moving inventory, aged deals, problem deals, and broken deals. Our website shows add-on opportunities that may be slightly below $2MM annual EBITDA.
