WATCH THE REPLAY

Our Monthly Market Update features Christopher Stanton, Chief Investment Officer of Sunrise Capital Partners, a pioneering multi-family office, hedge fund, and asset management firm that proudly celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2020. Chris will share his views on the global macroeconomic landscape and the many factors currently driving global market activity.

Since its 1980 inception, Sunrise has developed and implemented dynamic macro investment approaches for a wide range of individual and institutional clients, including RYZZ (pronounced “Rise”) Capital Management for which Sunrise serves as a sub-advisor.

Prior to joining Sunrise nearly a decade ago, Stanton traded extensively in a wide range of global commodity and currency markets as Vice President and Portfolio Manager for Deerhurst Capital Management and as Capital Markets Officer for JP Morgan.

In those roles, Stanton managed multi-million dollar portfolios and conducted all market and fundamental risk analysis for those portfolios. Stanton additionally spent several years as an attorney with an investment focus at both Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Quinn Emanuel.

Stanton holds a J.D. cum laude from the Northwestern University School of Law, has engaged in graduate studies at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Applied Mathematics from Lehigh University.
