The record-hot M&A market of 2021 is expected to strengthen in 2022, particularly in the private company space. According to McKinsey, since 2017, more than $1 trillion of investment dollars went into global buyout funds, with a significant portion of that capital yet to be deployed. Supported by low interest rates and ample credit availability, sellers’ market is likely to continue for the foreseeable future.
The panel will examine current trends and transaction structures in M&A, “hot” industries, due diligence and risk mitigation, importance of ESG and technology and many other relevant topics, as well as address questions from the audience.
